CEO & Owner of Anankastic FZC LLC
Rolando brings over 25 years of experience in health tourism and operational management, combining administrative leadership, international program design, and a pragmatic focus on compliance and logistics that transforms clinical projects into sustainable business models; as MedScent’s operational engine and creator of the MedStay app—the first digital platform connecting more than 5,000 hotels in Dubai with licensed healthcare providers—he integrates processes, regulatory standards, and strategic partnerships to deliver safe, scalable, and profitable in‑hotel medical services; additionally, as CEO of Anankastic he leads company creation, financial assistance, and digital platform development to enhance the viability and growth of healthcare and commercial initiatives
