Refunds & Returns Policy — MedScent & Advisory FZE LLC

MedScent & Advisory FZE LLC (“MedScent”, “we”, “us”) establishes this Refunds & Returns Policy to regulate the conditions under which customers may request the return, replacement, or refund of products purchased through our official sales channels. This policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all purchases made within the United Arab Emirates and internationally, unless expressly stated otherwise.

MedScent accepts return or refund requests within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been opened, used, or tampered with, and remains in its original condition, including packaging, labels, accessories, and security seals. In such cases, all shipping or return transportation costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer. Products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at any physical retail location and must be processed exclusively through MedScent’s official support channels.

Returns or refunds due to manufacturing defects will only be accepted if the customer reports the defect within seven (7) days of receiving the product and returns the item unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. No return or refund will be accepted without the original invoice or proof of purchase. MedScent will not accept returns or refunds when the damage or defect results from customer negligence, improper storage, misuse, or unauthorized handling.

This policy does not apply to lose or non-sealed products such as essential oils, attars, agarwood, or similar items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned once opened or handled. For purchases made using credit cards, refunds are subject to the policies of the issuing bank and may require a minimum of ten (10) working days to be processed. Any applicable bank commission will be deducted from the refund amount. MedScent does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

To ensure a successful return, the customer must keep the product in its original condition, including the outer branded box, intact brand and price tags, and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. MedScent reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

If a product is received with visible damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, the customer must immediately contact MedScent at medscentfzc@gmail.com, providing photographic evidence of the damage along with order details. Our team will assess the situation and provide a resolution in accordance with this policy and applicable UAE regulations.
